I oversee programs including fully insured and self funded health and welfare plans, vision, dental, long-term disability, short-term disability, worker’s compensation, COBRA, Medicare, FSA benefits, FMLA, ADA, employee assistance program, emergency fund, wellness and disease management programs, employee assistance, unemployment, and retirement programs such as 401K and defined benefit plans.
