My path in life took a while to figure out
1.
I received my first guitar in 6th grade.
2.
I began learning more instruments and played guitar/bass/drums for a few bands.
3.
Then I discovered beat making on fruity loops.
4.
Then I realized I could be my own band with endless options of sound design through midi and synths.
5.
Then I began making beats for rappers.
6.
I went to a few festivals and decided it was time to take the project on the road. Now I am touring.
Defining Moments
How I responded to discouragement
THE NOISE
Messages from Society in general:
You have to be born with the talent to be a successful musician.
How I responded:
A lot of people think that since they cant do it, you couldn't do it either. Not the case. Hold on to your passion. Don't ever expect anyone to do anything for you. Don't ever plan on getting lucky. Be willing to die for your passion and do whatever it takes. Or just work a 9-5.
Experiences and challenges that shaped me
I still have financial difficulties, Ill let you know when that changes.
