My path in life has been direct

In high school, I joined Future Business Leaders of America, where I discovered a passion for business.

I studied supply chain and logistics at Pennsylvania State University and interned with Morgan Truck Body, where my dad worked.
3.
After my internship, I was hired as a continuous improvement engineer, focused on enhancing our supply chain.
4.
I traveled to multiple Morgan facilities, learning lean manufacturing and applying it to streamline operations.
5.
I participated in a lean professional program, which helped me sharpen my process improvement skills.
6.
I relocated to California for a new role as a supply chain engineer, fulfilling my lifelong dream of living there.
7.
Transitioning into sales, I became the only female regional sales representative at Morgan Truck Body, managing customer repairs.
