How Leaders Describe a Typical Day at Work
I work to ensure that children under five, alongside their parents, receive foundational early literacy support. Our flagship program, Birmingham Talks, involves using a wearable device to track and enhance language development. We analyze this data to offer personalized coaching, helping to bridge the word gap in underprivileged communities. My days are spent on the ground, engaging with families and refining strategies to nurture the potential of our youngest learners.
